The video was also an integral part of their New Hire Orientation. The prior video had outdated information coupled with an older look and feel. With 70-100 employees joining the organization each week, the video no longer met the needs for employee orientation.

RESULTS
The client received excellent reviews on the New Employee 100-Year Orientation video. New employees could better relate to the stories and the roles they were about to embark on. Since the video integrated new branding guidelines, all existing employees were required to view it as well.
