A regional healthcare provider grew significantly over a five-year period and required a fresh view on their 100+ Year History video. The video was also an integral part of their New Hire Orientation. The prior video had outdated information coupled with an older look and feel.  With 70-100 employees joining the organization each week, the video no longer met the needs for employee orientation.

Representative team members were also asked to share their stories on working for the company.

MLGS’s professional video production crew filmed multiple employees talking about their experiences.  The new micro-learning video was integrated into the organization’s 100+ year history.

RESULTS

The client received excellent reviews on the New Employee 100-Year Orientation video.  New employees could better relate to the stories and the roles they were about to embark on. Since the video integrated new branding guidelines, all existing employees were required to view it as well.
