A global online travel company had revamped its online app and required a global training deployment to over 60,000 hotels worldwide. Key hotel staff needed to be trained in their local language on the application. How could the company deploy the training at a rapid pace, so that the new application could be launched?
MLGS was contracted to support this initiative. We identified a top Global Program Manager who made contact with one of the top Hospitality Management Universities in the world. By working closely with the University’s Dean, we identified alumni who were fluent in their local country languages and could easily learn and teach the new online hospitality application.
Interviews were conducted with key stakeholders, instructors, operational leaders and global stakeholders.
Training content and course materials were tailored inclusive of cultural differences in countries throughout the world.
Hundreds of instructors were contracted and trained on the application and on how to teach virtually.
MLGS managed the relationship with the University and onboarded new instructors.
The company met its target date of launching the new online travel application to over 60,000 Hotels.
