SOFTWARE DEVELOPER FOR VETERINARIAN OFFICE MANAGEMENT

BUSINESS PROBLEM

A software developer for veterinarian offices was developing a new software product.  The new software would be introduced within 60 days and they needed training to be ready for the product introduction.

24 modules would be needed for the introduction and there was a short window to complete the work.

APPROACH

Minaya Learning was engaged to help the client meet the required timeframe and have the 24 modules ready for the launch.  MLGS began with a Learning Strategy and determined the best way organize the content, bring on a project team and to develop the 24 modules. The courses needed to be interactive, experiential with gamification.  The client had a small staff and the bulk of the work would fall on Minaya Learning Global Solutions.

SOLUTIONS

As a result of the Learning Strategy, a governance structure was agreed to oversee the development process and the aggressive timeline.  Base Camp was leveraged for communications with the internal team and client team.  Our lead Learning Strategist became the Project Manager to ensure continuity, speed and to ensure all aspects of the project deliverables were met.

RESULTS

The 24 modules were delivered on time and met the client’s expectations.  The produce launch of the new software along with the related training was well received.
