May 26, 2020 (Fort Myers, Fla.) – Southwest Florida-based Minaya Learning Global Solutions received two gold awards for Excellence in Leadership Development and Excellence in Talent Management at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards Gala event held in West Palm Beach, Florida just before the COVID-19 Pandemic. The firm was contracted by Lee Health to develop a best-in-class Charge Nurse Leader training program. The initiative was piloted in 2018 and then launched it’s inaugural program to 238 qualifying nurses in 2019. The program has been highly successful in improving how nursing units function in a hospital network and overall improvement in healthcare industry metrics such as patient experience.
This allowed the firm to win other Healthcare projects in recent weeks, including a performance management e-learning curriculum. Presently, the firm is developing an online Nurse Orientation curriculum and has just launched a virtual nursing competency assessment solution, EngageSIM for Healthcare, which is a cloud-based simulation platform.
