LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OFFERINGS

Women in Leadership is a 9-month cohort program that includes six leadership domains and 19 different topic lessons to build skill and competency in effective leadership for mid to executive women leaders.  The program includes a self-assessment, individual and group coaching, and a capstone project.  This program can be delivered intact or virtually.

The degree and pace of crisis presenting itself in the workplace is increasing exponentially.  It is imperative for leaders to be proficient in dealing with crisis; for themselves, their families, and the impact on teams.  Leaders must also be cognizant of the impact of crisis on organizational impacts related to retention, employee satisfaction, operational effectiveness and ultimately, patient outcomes and experience.

Inclusive leadership is an essential part of employee engagement and retention for your organization.  The goal of the Inclusive Leadership Program is to increase awareness and competency as an inclusive leader on three levels:  self, team and organization with a capstone simulation designed to apply and reinforce the learning.  In this half-day course leaders will learn to:

  • Identify inclusive/exclusive behaviors and personal biases that impact effectiveness as an inclusive leader
  • Create an Action Plan to improve inclusivity on a personal, team and organizational level
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, calibrate and reframe situations to create a more inclusive environment

The Radical Collaboration Three-Day Intensive Workshop leverages the Collaborative Skills and Climate Survey results to shape the workshop into a meaningful and relevant experience.  Recommended for a maximum of 15 participants per session.

This workshop specifically focuses upon the concepts and five skills as outlined in the book Radical Collaboration: Five Essential Skills to Overcome Defensiveness and Build Successful Relationships.  These five skills can be easily learned and practiced and make a big difference to any organization in a very short period of time. This highly interactive workshop includes FIRO-B Assessment, case studies and simulations, individual and group activities.
